For me, it's the 'whole package' of the cover. That Lover Mine cover is my favorite. It speaks of the characters perfectly. Sometimes if there are faces on the cover and they don't quite match the description in the book, it's a little unsettling since you naturally put the picture before the description. It's the way our brains work. It's all about relaying the message of the book for me. And the colors draw me too :)
